I worked with Jessica for 2 1/2 years at Orchard Valley Waldorf School in East Montpelier, Vermont, and I found her to be a creative and energetic educator who was knowledgable in both her curriculum content and child development. Jessica is a tireless worker whose stamina and determination are admirable. She was both always thoroughly prepared and ready at the moment to address the immediate needs of her students. In addition, as we served on several committtees together, I found Jessica to be a colleague who worked well as a team member. Jessica was open to learning new things and in her humble way she taught not only her students, but also the faculty, many things about life and being in a community of learners.
